Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 packet 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
  • 1 1/2 cups warm water 110°F
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh rosemary for topping

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for about 5-10 minutes until frothy.
  2. Add olive oil, salt, and flour to the yeast mixture. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  5. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  6. Once risen, punch down the dough and spread it onto a greased baking sheet, creating dimples with your fingers.
  7. Sprinkle minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, and fresh rosemary on top.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Let it cool slightly before slicing and serving.
