  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt. Whisk together until well mixed.
  3. Add the Greek yogurt and olive oil to the dry ingredients. Stir with a spoon or spatula until a dough begins to form.
  4. Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface and knead gently for about 1-2 minutes until smooth.
  5. Roll out the dough into your desired pizza shape and thickness, about 1/4 inch thick. Place it on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Add your favorite pizza sauce, cheese, and toppings.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
  8. Remove from the oven, let cool for a couple of minutes, slice, and serve.
