In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, onion powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until just combined; be careful not to overmix.
Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape each portion into a patty, about 3/4 inch thick. Make a slight indentation in the center of each patty to help them cook evenly.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the chicken patties and cook for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F and the patties are golden brown.
While the patties are cooking, toast the hamburger buns in a separate skillet or under the broiler until golden.
Assemble the burgers by placing a chicken patty on each bun and topping with lettuce, tomato, and your favorite condiments. Serve immediately.
