Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
In a small bowl, mix together the salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Rub this seasoning mixture all over the chicken breasts.
Drizzle olive oil over the chicken and place it on the grill. Cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
During the last few minutes of grilling, add the halved cherry tomatoes and mozzarella balls to the grill, allowing them to warm slightly.
Once the chicken is cooked, remove it from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes. Top each chicken breast with grilled tomatoes, mozzarella, and chopped basil. Drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.
