Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together oat flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt until smooth.
- Add Greek yogurt, almond milk, and sweetener to the dry ingredients. Stir until just combined.
- Check the consistency of the batter; add almond milk if too thick.
- Melt dark chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 20-second bursts, stirring in between until smooth.
- Fold the melted chocolate into the brownie batter until well combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish, smoothing the top, and bake for 30-35 minutes.
