Instructions

  3. Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) is reached.
  5. In a small saucepan, combine cranberry sauce, Dijon mustard, and honey. Heat until warm and slightly bubbling.
  6. Toss each meatball in the warm cranberry glaze until coated.
  7. Serve warm as an appetizer or with rice or mashed potatoes.
