- Start by creating a cinnamon-sugar mixture on a small plate by combining equal parts coarse sugar and granulated sugar with ground cinnamon and a pinch of cayenne pepper. Mix well.
- Dip the rim of your glass into pomegranate juice until lightly coated, then dip it into the cinnamon-sugar mixture to coat.
