Step-by-Step Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine warm milk, granulated sugar, and active dry yeast. Stir gently and let it sit for about 5-10 minutes until bubbly and foamy.
- Once the yeast is activated, add melted butter, egg, and salt to the yeast mixture. Gradually add all-purpose flour, mixing until a sticky dough forms.
- Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and knead for 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Place the kneaded dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for about 1 hour, or until it doubles in size.
- Roll the dough out into a rectangle and spread Biscoff cookie butter, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
- Starting from one edge, roll the dough into a log and slice into 1-2 inch pieces. Place in a greased baking dish.
- Cover and let the rolls rise for another 30-45 minutes until puffy.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake the rolls for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool for 10 minutes and prepare the glaze by whisking powdered sugar and milk until smooth. Drizzle over rolls.
