  1. Begin by heating a skillet over medium-high heat and adding vegetable oil. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, and sear for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, butter, cream of chicken soup, and minced garlic. Gradually whisk in chicken broth and dry dressing mix until smooth.
  3. Spray the crock pot with non-stick spray. Place seared chicken breasts into the pot and pour the creamy sauce over them, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours until chicken reaches 165°F.
  4. About 15 minutes before serving, boil water and cook angel hair pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  5. Once chicken is cooked, shred if desired or keep whole. Spoon sauce over pasta or mix together and serve warm. Garnish as desired.
