Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare baking trays by greasing them lightly or lining with parchment paper.
  2. Divide the refrigerated classic pizza crust into two equal parts and roll each into a circle, about 6-8 inches in diameter.
  3. On one half of each dough circle, spread a layer of pizza sauce, sprinkle mozzarella cheese, layer with pepperoni and olives.
  4. For a veggie pocket, brush the other half of the dough with olive oil, sprinkle with Italian seasoning, and layer with broccoli and cheddar.
  5. Fold the dough over the filling, pinch the edges to seal, and crimp with a fork or fingers.
