Ingredients
  

  • 4 salmon fillets 6 ounces each
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • Lemon wedges for serving
  • Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, honey, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, and lemon juice until well combined.
  3. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the honey Cajun butter mixture generously over each fillet.
  4. Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork and is cooked through.
  5. Remove the salmon from the oven and let it rest for a couple of minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges.

Notes
