Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, honey, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, and lemon juice until well combined.
Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the honey Cajun butter mixture generously over each fillet.
Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork and is cooked through.
Remove the salmon from the oven and let it rest for a couple of minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
