- Prepare Honey Garlic Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and sriracha until smooth. Set aside.
- Sear Sausage: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear sliced sausage for 2–3 minutes on each side until browned. Remove and leave rendered fat.
- Char and Steam Broccoli: In the same skillet, add broccoli florets. Cook for 4–5 minutes until bright green. Add 1/4 cup water, cover, and steam for 2 minutes.
- Cook Shrimp: On the empty side of the pan, add shrimp in a single layer. Cook for 1–2 minutes until pink, then flip and cook another minute.
- Combine and Glaze: Return sausage to skillet, pour honey garlic sauce over, and simmer for 2–3 minutes until sauce thickens.
