Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Start by cutting the boneless, skinless chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and coat with cornstarch evenly. Set aside.
  2. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté the coated chicken pieces in batches for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, and minced garlic. Stir in sesame seeds for added flavor.
  4. Return the sautéed chicken to the skillet and pour the sauce over it. Simmer for about 5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
