Ingredients

  • 2 6-ounce salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ginger powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups cooked jasmine rice
  • 1 cup steamed broccoli florets
  • 1 avocado sliced
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, Sriracha, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet and brush the honey Sriracha mixture generously over the top of each fillet.
  4. Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and is cooked through.
  5. While the salmon is baking, prepare the bowls by dividing the cooked jasmine rice among four bowls.
  6. Top each bowl of rice with steamed broccoli, sliced avocado, and a baked salmon fillet.
  7. Drizzle any remaining glaze from the baking sheet over the salmon and rice.
  8. Garnish each bowl with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
