Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a small bowl, whisk together honey, Sriracha, soy sauce, olive oil, and garlic powder until well combined.
Place the salmon fillets on a lined baking sheet and brush the honey Sriracha mixture generously over each fillet.
Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
While the salmon is baking, prepare the brown rice according to package instructions if not already cooked.
Divide the cooked brown rice among four bowls. Top each bowl with steamed broccoli, shredded carrots, and sliced avocado.
Once the salmon is done, remove it from the oven and place a fillet on top of each bowl.
Sprinkle chopped green onions and sesame seeds over the bowls for garnish.
