Preheat your oven to 400°F.
Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt and black pepper.
In a large oven-safe skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the chicken breasts and sear for about 5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
While the chicken is cooking, in a small bowl, mix together the honey, red pepper flakes, lemon juice, and minced garlic.
Once the chicken is browned, pour the honey mixture over the chicken in the skillet. Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese on top.
Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
Remove the skillet from the oven and let the chicken rest for 5 minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
