While the chicken is cooking, in a small bowl, mix together the honey and red pepper flakes.
Once the chicken is browned, pour the honey mixture over the chicken, ensuring each piece is coated.
Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese evenly over the chicken.
Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F).
Remove from the oven and drizzle with fresh lemon juice. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
