Preparation Steps
  1. Chill the mixing bowl and whisk in the freezer for 10-15 minutes.

  3. Return the foam mixture to the freezer for 5 minutes. Whisk again to achieve a fluffy consistency.
  4. In a 16-ounce cup, combine chilled chai tea concentrate with milk and stir gently.
  5. Add ice to the prepared cup, leaving space for the cold foam.
  6. Spoon the cold foam over the iced chai mixture and sprinkle cinnamon on top if desired.
