- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Cut the cauliflower into uniform florets, around 1-2 inches each, and toss with cornstarch.
- Spread the cauliflower on the baking sheet, drizzle with vegetable oil, and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, combine soy sauce, honey (or maple syrup), rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Transfer crispy cauliflower to a mixing bowl and pour the sauce over it. Toss gently until coated.
