Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) for roasting the sweet potatoes.
  2. In a large bowl, toss diced sweet potatoes with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, cinnamon, salt, and pepper. Spread onto a baking sheet.
  3. Roast sweet potatoes for 40-45 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, add diced onion and sauté until soft.
  5. Add ground beef and taco seasoning, cook until browned, about 8-10 minutes.
  6. Assemble the bowls with sweet potatoes first, then ground beef, avocado, and cottage cheese.
  7. Drizzle hot honey over the assembled bowls before serving.
