- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and gather all ingredients.
- In a large skillet, cook the ground sausage over medium heat until browned (6-8 minutes). Drain excess grease.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Blend until mostly smooth.
- Fold in the cooked sausage, cheddar, mozzarella, and drained Rotel into the cream cheese mixture.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish and smooth the surface. Sprinkle extra cheddar on top if desired.
- Bake uncovered for 30-35 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
- Allow to cool for 5 minutes, then garnish with parsley or green onions and serve with tortilla chips or crackers.
