Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. In a large pot, combine jasmine or white rice with chicken broth. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, cover, and let simmer for 15 minutes. Fluff and set aside.
  2. Add butter, heavy cream, softened cream cheese, shredded mozzarella, and grated Parmesan to the cooked rice. Stir until melted and smooth. Mix in Italian seasoning.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season chicken with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Cook for 12–15 minutes until golden brown and reaches 165°F.
  4. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute. Then pour in honey, soy sauce, and apple cider vinegar. Stir and simmer for 3-5 minutes to thicken.
  5. Serve creamy rice, topped with honey garlic chicken bites and garnish with fresh parsley.
