Baking Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients: flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and baking powder.
- In another bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients: white sugar, dark brown sugar, eggs, vegetable oil, whole milk, bourbon, maple extract, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gently fold in the mashed overripe bananas into the wet mixture.
- Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, folding gently until just combined.
- Fold in the chopped toffee into the batter.
- Grease two loaf pans or line them with parchment paper.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pans and bake for about 55-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Remove the loaves from the oven and let them cool in the pans for about 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
