Preparation Steps

  3. In a mixing bowl, blend cream cheese, peanut butter, and powdered sugar with an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth and lump-free, about 2-3 minutes.
  4. Gently fold in the whipped cream using a spatula.
  5. Spread the filling evenly into the prepared pie crust, smoothing the top.
  6. Sprinkle crushed monster cookies over the cheesecake filling and follow with mini M&Ms.
  7. Bake the pie in the preheated oven for approximately 25 minutes until set with a slight jiggle in the center.
