Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Sauté the Chicken: Heat olive oil in a skillet. Season chicken with Cajun seasoning, cook for 4-5 minutes until golden brown. Remove and keep warm.
  3. Cook the Shrimp: In the same skillet, add shrimp and sauté for 2-3 minutes until pink and opaque. Transfer to the plate with chicken.
  4. Sauté the Sausage and Veggies: Add sausage to the skillet and sauté for 2 minutes. Then add bell peppers, onion, and garlic, and cook for another 4 minutes.
  5. Create the Sauce: Pour in heavy cream, simmer and thicken for 2-3 minutes. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted. Adjust seasoning to taste.
  6. Combine Everything: Add chicken, shrimp, and pasta into the skillet with the sauce. Toss gently until well coated and heated through, about 1-2 minutes.
  7. Add Garnish and Serve: Sprinkle chopped parsley over the pasta and serve directly on plates or family-style.
