- In a large saucepan, combine 1 cup of corn syrup and 1 cup of powdered sugar over medium heat. Stir until it begins to boil, about 3–5 minutes.
- Remove the saucepan from heat and add 1 cup of peanut butter and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
- Fold in 6 cups of Rice Krispies cereal until evenly coated.
- Drop spoonfuls onto wax paper and let cool for about 10–15 minutes, then roll into balls.
- Let the balls cool completely for an additional 20–30 minutes at room temperature.
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
