- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the gluten-free all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, and garlic powder.
- Gradually pour in the warm water and olive oil, stirring until a soft dough forms.
- Transfer the dough to the baking sheet and spread it into a rectangle about ½ inch thick.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese and chopped parsley over the dough.
