  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder Fresh garlic is a lovely alternative
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano Fresh oregano works as well
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika Regular paprika can be used
For Cooking
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil Avocado oil can be a substitute

Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and gather your ingredients.
  2. Butterfly the chicken breasts and pound to a uniform thickness of about ½ inch.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine feta cheese, spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, minced garlic, and red pepper flakes. Mix well.
  4. Spread the filling over the chicken breasts, roll tightly and secure with toothpicks or twine.
  5. In the skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat, sear chicken rolls seam-side down for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Transfer skillet to the oven, bake for 15-20 minutes until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  7. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
