Ingredients
  

  • 8 slices of deli turkey
  • 8 slices of deli ham
  • 8 slices of provolone cheese
  • 1 cup of shredded lettuce
  • 1 medium tomato sliced
  • 1/2 cup of sliced cucumbers
  • 1/4 cup of sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup of Italian dressing
  • 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Toothpicks or skewers for assembly

Method
 

  1. Lay out the slices of deli turkey on a clean surface, slightly overlapping them to create a base.
  2. Place the slices of deli ham on top of the turkey, followed by the provolone cheese.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the shredded lettuce, sliced tomato, cucumbers, black olives, Italian dressing, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spoon a generous amount of the salad mixture onto one end of the meat and cheese layers.
  5. Carefully roll the meat and cheese tightly around the salad mixture, starting from the end with the filling.
  6. Secure the roll with a toothpick or skewer to hold it together.
  7. Repeat the process for the remaining ingredients until all roll-ups are assembled.
  8. Serve immediately or refrigerate for 30 minutes to chill before serving for a refreshing taste.
