Method
 

Meatball Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, beaten egg, grated Parmesan, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Mix until just combined.
  2. Scoop portions of the mixture, shaping them into 1-inch balls. Place on a clean plate, yielding about 20 meatballs.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add oil. Cook meatballs for 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through.
Creamy Garlic Sauce
  1. In the same skillet, reduce heat and add heavy cream and minced garlic. Simmer for 3-5 minutes until sauce thickens.
  2. Return the cooked meatballs to the skillet, stirring to coat with the sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  3. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella over the meatballs. Cover and let melt on low heat for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Serve hot with your choice of zoodles or salad.
