Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of oil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced kielbasa and sear for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  2. Push kielbasa to the side of skillet and add halved Brussels sprouts, cut-side down. Cook for 4-5 minutes until golden brown.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, Dijon mustard, honey or maple syrup, and red pepper flakes.
  4. Pour the glaze over the kielbasa and Brussels sprouts. Toss gently and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat, transfer stir-fry into bowls and sprinkle with parsley as garnish.
