  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, toss halved baby potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the seasoned potatoes on a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes.
  4. Toss broccoli florets with olive oil, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl.
  5. After 20 minutes, add the seasoned broccoli to the baking sheet and roast for an additional 15-20 minutes.
  6. In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and add minced garlic, sautéing until fragrant for about 1 minute.
  7. Pour in fresh lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.
  8. Cook the salmon skin-side down for about 4-5 minutes, then flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
  9. Plate the salmon, potatoes, and broccoli, drizzling the lemon butter sauce over the top and garnishing with lemon slices and parsley.
