Lemon Cake Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Mix the yellow cake mix, instant lemon pudding mix, eggs, vegetable oil, water, fresh lemon juice, and lemon zest in a large bowl until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Prepare the glaze by whisking powdered sugar and fresh lemon juice, adding milk if desired to reach the right consistency.
- After baking, poke holes in the cake while it's warm and pour the lemon glaze over the top.
- Let the cake cool completely before slicing and serving.
