Method
 

Lemon Cake Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. Mix the yellow cake mix, instant lemon pudding mix, eggs, vegetable oil, water, fresh lemon juice, and lemon zest in a large bowl until smooth.
  3. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  4. Prepare the glaze by whisking powdered sugar and fresh lemon juice, adding milk if desired to reach the right consistency.
  5. After baking, poke holes in the cake while it's warm and pour the lemon glaze over the top.
  6. Let the cake cool completely before slicing and serving.
