Ingredients
  

  • 2 large naan breads
  • 1 cup hummus
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup cucumber diced
  • 1 cup bell pepper diced (red or yellow)
  • 1/2 red onion thinly sliced
  • 1 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 1/4 cup Kalamata olives pitted and sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F.
  2. Place the naan breads on a baking sheet.
  3. Spread 1/2 cup of hummus evenly over each naan bread.
  4. Top the hummus with cherry tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, red onion, feta cheese, and Kalamata olives.
  5. Drizzle olive oil over the toppings and sprinkle with dried oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges of the naan are crispy and the toppings are heated through.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool for a minute. Garnish with fresh parsley before slicing.
  8. Serve warm.
