Preparation Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, chopped parsley, finely chopped garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and Montreal-style steak seasoning. Mix gently but thoroughly and shape into three equal patties, about ½ inch thick.
- Heat a nonstick griddle over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 4-6 minutes on each side until they reach an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C). Remove from the griddle and set aside.
- Butter one side of each slice of bread. On a clean griddle, place half of the slices buttered side down, top with cheese, a beef patty, another slice of cheese, and the remaining bread slices buttered side up.
- Grill the sandwiches over medium heat for approximately 6-10 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the griddle, let cool slightly, then cut in half and serve.

Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. To reheat, use a skillet over medium heat for a crispy texture.
