Step‑by‑Step Instructions for Million Dollar Lasagna
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

- In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef and Italian sausage, along with the diced onion. Cook until no longer pink, about 8–10 minutes. Drain excess fat.

- Reduce heat to low, add minced garlic, and sauté for 1-2 minutes. Then stir in marinara and tomato sauces along with Italian seasoning and simmer for 15 minutes.

- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook lasagna noodles until al dente, usually 8-10 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water.

- In a separate bowl, combine ricotta cheese, cream cheese, and sour cream. Mix until smooth and creamy.

- In a greased baking dish, spread a layer of meat sauce, followed by noodles, then ricotta mixture, and mozzarella. Repeat layers, finishing with noodles and meat sauce on top.

- Cover the top of the lasagna with mozzarella and cheddar cheese.

- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake uncovered for an additional 15 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.

- Let the lasagna rest for 5-10 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh basil or parsley.

Notes
For the best flavor, let it rest after baking and don’t overcook the noodles. Add your choice of veggies for additional nutrition.
