Baking Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and ground cinnamon.
- In a separate bowl, cream softened butter with granulated and brown sugars until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition and then stir in vanilla extract.
- Gradually alternate adding the dry mixture and buttermilk to the butter mixture, mixing until combined.
