  • 1 cup Italian Seasoned Breadcrumbs

  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons Melted Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a greased baking sheet.
  2. Clean the mushrooms with a damp paper towel and remove the stems.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the filling ingredients: Parmesan, breadcrumbs, mozzarella, parsley, garlic, melted butter, salt, and pepper.
  4. Fill each mushroom cap with the mixture, mounding it slightly.
  5. Bake the stuffed mushrooms for 18-20 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
  6. Allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving.
