Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cauliflower florets, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, and half of the Parmesan cheese. Toss until the cauliflower is evenly coated.
Spread the cauliflower mixture in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese over the top of the cauliflower.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cauliflower is golden brown and crispy, stirring halfway through for even cooking.
Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
