Cooking Steps

  3. Mix panko breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan cheese in a shallow bowl.
  4. Coat each chicken breast in the breadcrumb mix, pressing firmly to ensure the crumbs stick.
  5. In a skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat and brown the chicken, about 2-3 minutes on each side.
  6. Transfer the browned chicken to the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes or until cooked through.
