Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan with butter.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sugar, and egg white. Blend until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
  4. Cream butter and sugar together until fluffy. Beat in the whole egg, egg yolk, and vanilla extract, then mix in dry ingredients and sour cream until smooth.
  5. Pour half the batter into the pan, add cream cheese filling, sprinkle raspberries, then top with remaining batter.
  6. Mix together streusel ingredients until crumbly, then sprinkle over the top.
  7. Bake for 40-45 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
