Method
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken and basil pesto. Mix until the chicken is well coated.

- Take a romaine lettuce leaf and spoon a generous amount of the pesto chicken mixture into the center.
- Wrap the lettuce leaf around the filling and serve immediately.
