Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare your springform pan by lightly greasing it with butter.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine pistachios, feta, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of the springform pan.
  3. Bake the crust for 10 minutes until golden, then set aside to cool.
  4. Sauté the mushrooms and garlic in olive oil over medium heat for 5-7 minutes until softened. Let cool.
  5. Beat the cream cheese in a bowl until smooth, then add sour cream, eggs, Parmesan, and cooled mushroom mixture. Mix until combined.
  6. Pour the filling over the cooled crust and bake for 35-40 minutes until set.
