Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a muffin tin with cooking spray.
Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles. Press each triangle into the bottom and up the sides of the muffin cups to form a crust.
Spoon about 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce into each dough-lined cup.
Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce in each cup.
Add a few mini pepperoni slices on top of the cheese in each cup.
Sprinkle a little more mozzarella cheese on top, followed by a pinch of grated Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
Allow the pizza cupcakes to cool for a few minutes before carefully removing them from the muffin tin.
