  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine 12 oz of orange candy melts with 1 tsp of coconut oil and microwave in 30-second intervals until melted.
  3. Dip each strawberry into the melted orange chocolate, allowing excess chocolate to drip off.
  4. Crush 12 chocolate sandwich cookies and sprinkle the 'dirt' over the parchment paper where the coated strawberries are placed.
  5. Drizzle reserved melted orange chocolate over the coated strawberries once they've set for about 5 minutes.
  6. Allow the assembled pumpkins to cool at room temperature for about 20 minutes so that the chocolate can fully set.
