- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and place a pizza stone inside.
- In a skillet, heat a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. Add half the diced onion and cook for about 10 minutes, adding sugar halfway.
- In a bowl, combine pumpkin puree, minced garlic, diced shallot, chopped thyme, remaining onion, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
- Shape the ready-to-bake dough as per the package instructions.
- Transfer the dough to the heated pizza stone. Spread the pumpkin mixture, then layer on caramelized onions. Add arugula and Havarti cheese.
- Bake according to dough instructions, checking for doneness after 10-12 minutes.
- Remove from oven, cool for a few minutes, then slice and serve.
