Ingredients
  

  • 16 large white mushrooms stems removed
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 1/4 cup green onions chopped
  • 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning mix
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs optional for topping
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil for drizzling

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, green onions, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Spoon the cheese mixture into each mushroom cap, filling them generously.
  4. If using breadcrumbs, sprinkle them on top of the stuffed mushrooms for added crunch.
  5. Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle with olive oil.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the tops are golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
