Method
- In a blender, combine the sliced peaches and 1 cup of cold water. Blend until smooth.
- Strain the peach puree through a fine mesh sieve into a large pitcher to remove the pulp.
- Add the sugar to the peach juice and stir until dissolved.
- Pour in the fresh lemon juice and the remaining 3 cups of cold water. Mix well.
- Taste and adjust sweetness by adding more sugar if desired.
- Chill the lemonade in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Serve over ice and garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.

- For a fizzy twist, replace half of the cold water with club soda or sparkling water before serving.
- Add a splash of vodka or rum for an adult version of this refreshing drink.
