- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, brown 1 pound of ground beef with 1 chopped onion for about 7 minutes.
- Stir in 1 shredded cabbage, 1 can of diced tomatoes, and 1 cup of cooked rice along with Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Allow the mixture to simmer for about 5 minutes over low heat.
- Transfer the filling mixture into the greased baking dish, spreading it evenly and pressing it down.
- Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30-35 minutes, checking at 30 minutes for doneness.
- Remove from the oven and let it rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
