- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Gather your ingredients.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked rice, chicken, cream of chicken soup, French onion soup, and sour cream. Stir in the shredded cheese, French fried onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish. Transfer the mixture into the dish and spread evenly.
- Bake uncovered for 30 minutes until bubbling at the edges.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle the remaining French fried onions on top. Bake for an additional 5 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to rest for a few minutes before garnishing with chopped parsley and serving hot.
